Ms. Carol Reed: Seasoned. Significant. Unapologetically Herself.

In a world where influence is often curated and filtered, Ms. Carol Reed shows up as her bold, authentic self. At 62 years young, this Los Angeles native is a shining example of what it means to lead with conviction, live with purpose, and show up fully in every room she enters. An event coordinator, author, actress, producer, director, and outreach specialist, Ms. Carol is a woman whose journey has shaped a legacy of impact.

“I’ve been through the fire,” she says, “and what I came out with wasn’t ashes—it was an assignment.”

As the youngest of four daughters, Carol’s story begins in Los Angeles. A divorced mother of five, she’s built her career—and her calling—through unwavering authenticity. She considers her trials not burdens, but tools for teaching. “My tribulations weren’t just for me. If I could share them in the right spirit, I could help someone else.”

Her company, Empowered With OpportunitiesEW), is a launchpad for undiscovered talent. Focused on developing amateur artists, it’s designed to offer a first-stage platform where people can be seen, heard, and supported. Through youth programs, creative development, and mentorship, Carol has made space for emerging artists to grow.

“My brand is my platform,” she says. “I use it to speak life, to teach the power of words, and to awaken people to their gifts.”

Carol doesn’t measure success in dollars, but in impact. “I’ve never based success on money. I measure it in lives touched—whether that’s for a moment, a season, or a lifetime.”

A self-described ‘creative by nature,’ Carol once struggled with overcommitting. But wisdom taught her to prioritize purpose over participation. “Just because an idea is good doesn’t mean it’s yours,” she says. “Now, I only say yes to what carries substance and direction.”

Carol describes her signature style as seasoned and sexy, strong and significant.

“It’s not something I put on—it’s just who I am. Whether I’m hosting an event, mentoring a young person, or strategizing with my team, you’re going to get me—fully.”

She believes growth is reciprocal. While she’s mentored many, each interaction shapes her in return. “Every young woman I’ve mentored has influenced me. I value them all.”

Her work isn’t just about uplifting others—it’s about helping them believe in themselves. “I’ll tell you the truth, even if it’s hard to hear. Honesty isn’t a blow—it’s an applause. My goal is always to help people become better, not bitter.”

For Carol, self-care is sacred. She listens to her body and honors her need for solitude. “I rest when I need to. That’s why I look young,” she laughs. “I make time to reflect, reset, and make sure I’m showing up as the best version of me. I don’t stay where I’m tolerated. I go where I’m celebrated.”

To the next generation of women, her message is clear: “You are greater together. Your success doesn’t shrink someone else’s. Celebrate each other. Applaud your sisters. It doesn’t cost a thing to be kind.”

Legacy, to Ms. Carol Reed, is about impact. “You can give someone money and they’ll spend it. But wisdom? That lasts. The words you speak—those live on. Be conscious of your words because they matter.”

After nearly three decades of holding onto a promise, Carol is bringing her story to life through a TV series titled ‘Within Me.’ It chronicles her early life and the internal battles that shaped her strength and story.

What brings her joy? “Loving on my children. Being there for life’s milestones. And embracing the people God’s placed in my life—those who stay long enough to witness my journey and let me witness theirs.”

“Just be you. The battle is within. Show grace. Be kind. And above all—stay real.”

SITI Girl celebrates Ms. Carol Reed for her presence, her purpose, and her power to transform lives with every word and every action.
