The SITI Girl Honors celebrates extraordinary women who are leading with purpose, creating meaningful change, and uplifting their communities across industries and around the world. Each honoree represents the spirit of the SITI Girl movement—service, leadership, creativity, resilience, and empowerment. The 2025/2026 class of honorees includes advocates, entrepreneurs, artists, and change-makers who are using their platforms to inspire transformation and impact lives. From community service and mentorship to innovation and creative leadership, these women exemplify what it means to lead with both heart and vision.
Ebony Swindell — Walker Change Agent Award & People’s Choice
Ebony Swindell is a Professional School Counselor with Newport News Public Schools, entrepreneur, and dedicated community leader committed to service, advocacy, and empowerment. With degrees from Christopher Newport University and Cambridge College, Ebony has devoted her career to supporting youth, strengthening families, and connecting communities with critical resources. Her work spans education, nonprofit service, and outreach initiatives that provide scholarships, internships, and opportunities for those in need. Ebony has also partnered with organizations to host community resource fairs, vaccine clinics, and initiatives supporting the unhoused. Guided by faith and a deep commitment to purpose, Ebony continues to touch hearts and change lives through her service and leadership.
Diamond Bolling — Dream Queen Visionary Award
Diamond Bolling is the Founder and Executive Director of the HEAL Her Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women heal in all facets of their lives. Inspired by her own journey of trauma and transformation, Diamond has created programs and safe spaces that empower women to rebuild their confidence, stability, and hope. In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Diamond is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, author, and co-founder of TechQueenz UX Design & Research Consulting. Through advocacy, wellness initiatives, and innovative leadership, she continues to amplify women’s voices and champion representation across industries.
Krizel Rodriguez — Woman of the Year Award
Krizel Rodriguez, known as “La Reina of Leadership,” is a visionary entrepreneur, advocate, and TEDx speaker who proudly holds the title of Mrs. Texas Plus America 2024. As the founder of Hola Sis and the Leading Lady Network, she has created powerful platforms that foster global sisterhood and elevate women’s leadership voices. Through her “Reign and Shine” platform, Krizel empowers women to embrace their leadership potential while challenging barriers related to identity, body image, and representation. A mother, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for inclusive leadership, Krizel continues to inspire women around the world to step boldly into their power and redefine success on their own terms.
Genevieve Carvil-Harris — Queenmaker Award
Genevieve Carvil-Harris is a dynamic leader recognized for her work as a pageant queen, philanthropist, business consultant, and community developer. A graduate of the University of Miami with studies in pre-law, she transitioned into entrepreneurship and business development where she has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs strengthen and scale their businesses. Through her capacity-building strategies, her clients have collectively generated more than $10 million in annual revenue. Genevieve is also deeply committed to community advancement, implementing grant-funded programs and initiatives in underserved communities. Her work continues to empower others with the tools and opportunities needed to build sustainable success.
Kathryn Barry — Unsung Hero Award
Kathryn Barry, Ms. Revolutionary International 2026, is a nationally recognized mental health and wellness advocate dedicated to transforming adversity into meaningful impact. Living openly with four mental health diagnoses, Kathryn courageously uses her platform to break stigma and promote healing. She has partnered with organizations such as NAMI and works closely with foster youth, creating mentorship opportunities that build resilience and hope. As a two-time New York Fashion Week runway model and plus-size advocate, Kathryn is also reshaping standards of beauty and inclusion in the fashion and pageant industries. Through advocacy, authenticity, and service, she continues to inspire others to lead with compassion and courage.
Tiffany Collins — Creative Tastemaker Award
Tiffany Collins is a Houston native whose passion for singing, acting, and inspirational spoken word has shaped a powerful creative journey. Having worked in both film and stage productions, Tiffany continues to refine her craft while inspiring audiences through storytelling and faith-based messages. Crowned Ms. Texas Plus America in 2023, she used her platform to encourage young people to live with purpose and integrity. Tiffany is also the founder of TDLC Ministries Productions, where she wrote, directed, and produced her first stage play, The Walk of Purity, which has since been adapted into a film now streaming on Tubi. With a sequel currently in production, Tiffany continues to create uplifting entertainment that encourages faith and transformation.

Dawn Smith — Voice of the SITI Award
Dawn Smith is a domestic abuse survivor who has transformed personal adversity into a powerful voice for advocacy and healing. She dedicates her time to supporting others in need through her work with A Safe Place, where she was recently elected to the Board of Directors. Dawn also serves as an event chair for Wine, Women and Shoes, helping to raise awareness and resources for important causes. A Spartan racer who embraces resilience and strength, Dawn uses her experiences to uplift and empower others who may be navigating similar challenges. With the support of her husband Dennis and their rescue cat Shaeghlyn, Dawn continues to live each day with gratitude and purpose.
Amanda “Kera” Bracy — SITI in STEM Award
Amanda “Kera” Bracy is a proud Veteran, devoted mother of three, and dedicated community leader committed to service and empowerment. As a member of Alpha Lambda Chi, she embodies leadership and sisterhood while actively mentoring the next generation. Amanda serves as a Coordinator for the Authentique Beauties Jewels and Gems Mentorship Program, where she supports youth development and encourages young people to pursue their dreams with confidence. Having hosted more than five community-based events, she continues to create spaces that foster connection, growth, and opportunity. With a heart for service and a passion for uplifting others, Amanda’s impact continues to resonate throughout her community.
The SITI Girl Honors organization also extends sincere appreciation to the Global Judges who carefully reviewed and selected this year’s honorees. Special thanks to Wendy Roach, Ashley Aya Ferguson, and Ensie Jones for their thoughtful consideration, leadership, and commitment to celebrating women who are creating meaningful impact in their communities and industries. Their dedication helps ensure that the SITI Girl Honors continues to spotlight women whose work reflects courage, service, creativity, and vision.
As the 2025/2026 honorees take their place among an inspiring network of leaders and change-makers, the movement continues to grow. The upcoming 2026–2027 SITI Girl Honors Tour will bring celebrations of leadership and empowerment to communities across the United States and beyond.
