Palesa Mboweni is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, certified international coach, and inspirational speaker from Krugersdorp, Mogale City, with roots in Limpopo. A proud mother and a born-again Christian, she is passionate about faith-led success and purpose-driven leadership.
She is the Founder and Director of Glimpse of Glamour Event and Project Management, trading as PM Holdingz, a women-led enterprise
specializing in construction services, electrical engineering, plumbing, project management, and accredited skills in development programs. Through her work, she empowers women and youth, particularly in male-dominated industries, by providing practical training, mentorship, and economic opportunities. Palesa holds qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Business Management, Plumbing, and Construction Studies.
She is ETDP SETA-certified as a Facilitator and Assessor, a Certified International Coach, and is currently completing her qualification as a Social Auxiliary Worker. She is the co-author of “Broken Crayons Still Color” and author of “She Overcame.” Through her platform “Palesa Talks,” she engages women and girls on healing, leadership, entrepreneurship, and empowerment.
