Francine Esale Nzika is a social impact entrepreneur, women’s empowerment coach, and advocate for women and children. She is the Founder of Beyond Impact Brands, a coaching and personal development business, and the Founder of Mamie’s Angels Centre, a non-profit organization supporting women and children affected by vulnerability and gender-based violence. A Gender-Based Violence (GBV) activist and trained GBV First Responder, she works in prevention, advocacy, early response, and community education, with a strong focus on the protection and empowerment of women and children.
With a background in Marketing Management and Digital Marketing, Francine applies strategic communication and branding to amplify social impact and build sustainable initiatives. She is currently establishing a digital marketing business focused on affiliate marketing and the sale of digital products, including ebooks and online courses, aimed at education, empowerment, and scalable impact.

She is also an agripreneur, running a farming business that includes poultry farming and heliciculture (snail farming), promoting self-reliance, food security, and economic empowerment.
Deeply committed to community service, each year, she organises and cooks meals for the homeless, and participates in annual advocacy initiatives, including International Women’s Day programs and the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, where faith, compassion, and service shape her leadership to promote awareness, education, and outreach to drive social change. At the core of everything she does is a simple mission: to protect, empower, and uplift women and children while creating practical solutions that restore hope, dignity, and opportunity.
