Serving as the Director of Program Operations at Grow Early Learning Head Start, Jenny oversees educational services across Alabama, Indiana, Georgia, Florida, and Oklahoma. She leads Head Start Administrators across 11 campuses, ensuring program excellence through strategic leadership and community partnerships.
Outside her professional sphere, Jenny wears the crown of 2025 Elegant Miss National American with Circle City Productions, reflecting her commitment to grace, service, and representation. Her dual role in education and pageantry allows her to amplify voices, build confidence, and advocate for change.
A Story Rooted in Resilience and Purpose
Jenny’s professional journey is deeply personal. Raised in a migrant farmworker family and a former Head Start child herself, Jenny was shaped by values of hard work, education, and community.
“My family always believed in the power of education and kindness,” Jenny shares. “It’s what inspired my lifelong dedication to service.”
This inspiration became the driving force behind her initiative, the Gregarious Angel Project – Wings of Kindness, a program that collects long-sleeve shirts to protect agricultural workers from sun and chemical exposure.
Professional Experience and Academic Excellence
With a career spanning decades in nonprofit and Head Start operations, Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Charter Oak State College, and is currently pursuing her doctorate at Indiana Wesleyan University.
