Money Moves & Mindset Shifts
Let’s get one thing clear: Bridgett Springer didn’t stumble into power. She walked in, shoulders
squared, heels planted, and purpose fully intact.
As the founder of Houston’s only Black woman-owned financial services and wealth management
firm, Bridgett isn’t here to simply participate in the conversation-she’s here to redefine it. And she’s
doing it in rooms she wasn’t “meant” to enter, with a message Black women weren’t always
encouraged to hear: You deserve a financial plan that works for you. On your terms. In your time.
Period.
NOT YOUR TYPICAL FINANCIAL ADVISOR
She’s not flashy, but she’s fearless. Her firm, The Financial Lady, is built on radical empathy and
practical expertise. With over a decade of dedication, Bridgett has helped thousands of women take
control of their money stories-turning financial fear into clarity, and anxiety into action.
She’s educated over 20,000 church members. She’s a recipient of the Servant Leader Award, the
Black Woman Resilience Award, and she’s been named a Top Influential Phenomenal Woman. But
ask her what matters most? “My community. My nephews. The women I serve. That’s the legacy.”
GOD IS IN THE GAP
Bridgett doesn’t pretend the path was easy. In fact, she’ll tell you straight: there were seasons with
more month than money, times when she felt alone in a system not built for her.
Her mindset? Unshakable. Her faith? Unapologetic.
ROOMS SHE WASN’T MEANT TO ENTER-AND NOW OWNS
Let’s talk about the obvious: Bridgett operates in a white, male-dominated industry. And no, it’s not
always welcoming. “I’ve been told I don’t belong. I’ve dealt with racism and disrespect,” she admits.
“But I’ve learned to align with people who are for me-and block out the noise.”
BEYOND THE BALANCE SHEET
When she’s not running webinars or leading classes at The Fountain of Praise Church, you’ll find
her baking, gardening, making body scrubs, or simply enjoying the art of cooking.
Her self-care is sacred: monthly facials, massages, and 4-5 workouts a week. Because you can’t
pour from an empty cup.
NO COST. NO GATEKEEPING. JUST IMPACT.
She shares daily affirmations. She hosts no-cost webinars. She mentors. She uplifts. She leads.
Her advice to the next generation? “Have a financial plan. Pay yourself first. Own at least one
investment property. And live your life on your terms-not someone else’s timeline.”
THE LEGACY SHE’S BUILDING
Bridgett doesn’t want to be remembered for her titles-she wants to be remembered for her impact.
She’s currently designing a financial lesson plan for high school students because she knows: the
earlier we learn, the stronger we grow.
AND IF YOU DIDN’T ASK…
She’s not just in this business to crunch numbers. She’s here to shift narratives. To make wealth feel
possible, reachable, and personal.
She’s not waiting to be validated. She’s showing up because she’s needed. And that’s exactly what
makes her a SITI Girl-unshaken, unbothered, and completely unforgettable.
